You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any contact forms
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Site without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Ros Studio / Roscreations LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Brief quotations with attribution for non-commercial purposes (news reporting, commentary) are permitted under fair use.

Demo sites displayed on the Site (Kings Cut Barbershop, GreenEdge Lawn Co., etc.) are fictional examples created for illustrative purposes. Any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

Results described or illustrated on the Site (including example client outcomes) are not guarantees of any particular results. Individual results will vary.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROS STUDIO AND ROSCREATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

These Terms govern use of the Site only. If you engage Ros Studio for web design services, a separate Web Design Services Agreement will govern that relationship. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of services.

Free website audits offered on the Site are provided at our discretion and do not create any obligation on either party to enter into a service agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Ros Intelligence (ros-intelligence.io), Formspree, and Vercel. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
